China Laminated Woven Sacks: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its first antidumping duty administrative review of laminated woven sacks from China (A-570-916) for the period of January 31, 2008 through July 31, 2009.

Final Results of Review

As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentage exists for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements

The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after March 18, 2011:

  1. The cash deposit rate for the reviewed company will be the rate listed above;
  2. For previously investigated companies not listed above, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period of review;
  3. If the exporter is not a firm covered in this review, a prior review, or the original less than fair value investigation, but the manufacturer is, the cash deposit rate will be the rate established for the most recent period for the manufacturer of the merchandise; and
  4. The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers or exporters will be the PRC-wide rate of 91.73 percent.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA has calculated importer (or customer)-specific assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review. The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after March 18, 2011.
