ITA Postpones Prelim AD Determination to May 19
The ITA states that the Coalition for American Hardwood Parity made a timely request for a postponement of the preliminary AD determination, in order to allow additional time for the review of questionnaire responses.
Because there are no compelling reasons to deny the request, the ITA is postponing the deadline for the preliminary AD duty determination by 50 days to no later than May 19, 2011.
The deadline for the final determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless postponed.
