- Critical elements, rare earths. A bill to develop an energy critical elements program, to amend the National Materials and Minerals Policy, Research and Development Act of 1980, and for other purposes (includes provisions on rare earths). (H.R. 952.)
- Controlled substance penalties. A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide enhanced penalties for marketing controlled substances to minors (S. 513)
- Visa waiver program. A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the requirements of the visa waiver program and for other purposes (H.R. 959)
- Unobligated funds & deficit reduction. A bill to rescind certain unobligated discretionary appropriations and require that such funds be used for Federal budget deficit reduction (H.R. 962)
