  • Economic report of the President. The President transmitted the Economic Report of the President together with the 2011 Annual Report of the Council of Economic Advisers. (EC-732, 03/01/11)
  • 2011 trade policy agenda. The U.S. Trade Representative transmitted the 2011 Trade Policy Agenda and 2010 Annual Report of the President on the Trade Agreements Program. (EC-752, 03/02/11)
  • DoD MOU with Korea. The Department of Defense transmitted Transmittal No. 27-10 informing of an intent to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea. (731, 03/03/11)
  • DoD MOUs with Canada, UK, etc. The Department of Defense transmitted Transmittal No. 1-11 informing of an intent to sign MOU with Australia, Canada, Denmark, Italy, Norway, and the United Kingdom, in Transmittal No. 2-11 with Singapore, and in Transmittal No. 3-11 with Great Britain and Northern Ireland.   • Carrier-owned computer regs. The Department of Transportation transmitted a rule entitled, "Display of Joint Operations in Carrier-Owned Computer Reservations Systems Regulations." (EC-570, 02/15/11)
  • Commercial defense items. The Principal Deputy under the Secretary of Defense transmitted a report relative to 10 USC 2464 requiring notification of Congress the first time a weapon system or other item of military equipment is determined to be a commercial item. (EC-178, 03/01/11)
  • Defense export licenses. The Department of State transmitted an annual report relative to the defense articles and defense services that were licensed for export under Section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act during fiscal year 2009. (EC-821, 03/03/11)
  • National emergency with Iran. The Secretary of the Treasury transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency with respect to Iran as declared in Executive Order 12957. (EC-600, 02/17/11)
  • National emergency with Libya. The President transmitted a report on the national emergency that was declared on February 25, 2011, blocking property and prohibiting certain transactions related to Libya. (EC-670, 02/28/11)
  • National emergency with Cuba. The President transmitted a report on the continuation of the national emergency that was declared with respect to the Cuba's destruction of two unarmed U.S.-registered civilian aircraft. (EC-669, 02/28/11)
