ITA to Determine Successor-in-Interest to Schaeffler KG
The ITA is initiating this review to determine whether Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG is the successor-in-interest to Schaeffler KG for AD duty purposes.
Prelim and Final Results to be Included in Administrative Review
Because the ITA is currently conducting the 2009-2010 administrative review of this order and Schaeffler KG is subject to the review, the ITA will conduct the changed circumstances review in the context of the administrative review.
The ITA intends to issue the preliminary results of the changed-circumstances review when it issues the preliminary results of the administrative review; and the final results of the changed circumstances review with the final results of the administrative review.
During the course of this review, the ITA will not change the cash deposit requirements for the subject merchandise. The cash deposit rate will be altered, if warranted, pursuant only to the final results of the changed circumstances and/or administrative review.
(See ITA notice for more information, including the scope of the order, etc.
See ITT's Online Archives or 07/06/10 news, 10070604, for BP summary of the initiation of the 05/01/09 - 04/30/10 administrative review )
