Posting of Bond in Lieu of AD Cash Deposit Allowed

The ITA will instruct the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting, until the completion of the review, of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for certain entries of subject merchandise from Dongguan Yujia.

Because Dongguan Yujia certified that it both produces and exports the subject merchandise, the ITA will apply the bonding privilege only for entries of subject merchandise that Dongguan Yujia both produced and exported.

Preliminary Results and Final Results Later this Year

The ITA intends to issue the preliminary results of these reviews no later than 180 days from February 18, 2011, and the final results of these reviews no later than 270 days from February 18, 2011.
