- ATPA extension. A bill to extend the Andean Trade Preference Act, and for other purposes (S. 380)
- Firearms. A bill to amend the Arms Export Control Act to provide that certain firearms listed as curios or relics may be imported into the U.S. by a licensed importer without obtaining authorization from the Department of State or the Department of Defense, and for other purposes (S. 381)
- Appliance energy efficiency. A bill to amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act to improve energy efficiency of certain appliances and equipment, and for other purposes (S. 398)
- Oil cartels. A bill to amend the Sherman Act to make oil-producing and exporting cartels illegal (S. 394)
- HMF. A bill to ensure that amounts credited to the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund are used for harbor maintenance (S. 412)
- CMV operators. A bill to direct the Secretary of Transportation to prescribe standards for the maximum number of hours that an operator of a commercial motor vehicle may be reasonably detained by a shipper or receiver, and for other purposes (H.R. 756)
- Vehicle weight. A bill to amend title 23, U.S. Code, with respect to vehicle weight limitations applicable to the Interstate System, and for other purposes (H.R. 763)
- Border security. A bill to establish a Border Enforcement Security Task Force program to enhance border security by fostering coordinated efforts among Federal, State, and local border and law enforcement officials to protect U.S. border cities and communities from trans-national crime, including violence associated with drug trafficking, arms smuggling, illegal alien trafficking and smuggling, violence, and kidnapping along and across the international borders of the U.S., and for other purposes (H.R. 770)
- FTA with Turkey. A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the U.S. should initiate negotiations to enter into a bilateral free trade (H.Res. 103)
