China Wooden Bedroom Furniture: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890) covering the period January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Cash Deposit Rate and Assessments Not Yet in Effect
Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
After publication, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise during the review period for which the importer-specific assessment rates are above de minimis. (Assessment rates may differ from the AD duty rates listed above.)
