  • Foreign-Policy based export controls. The Secretary of Commerce transmitted a report relative to the Commerce Department's 2011 Report on Foreign Policy-Based Export Controls. (EC-261, 01/27/11)
  • Carbon markets. The Commodity Future Trading Commission Chairman transmitted the Oversight of Carbon Markets Working Group's report entitled, "Report on the Oversight of Existing and Prospective Carbon Markets." (EC-178, 01/26/11)
  • International agreements. The Department of State transmitted the report of the texts and background statements of international agreements, other than treaties. (EC-163, 01/26/11)
  • WTO. The Inter-Parliamentary Union Secretary General transmitted a report relative to the Annual 2011 Session of the Parliamentary Conference on the World Trade Organization. (EC-376, 02/01/11)
  • Nuclear proliferation in Russia. The Secretary of the Treasury transmitted a six-month report on the national emergency that was originally declared in Executive Order 13159 relative to the risk of nuclear proliferation created by the accumulation of weapons-usable fissile material in Russia.   • National emergency with Western Balkans, Cote d'Ivoire. The Secretary of the Treasury transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency that was declared in Executive Order 13348 and 13219 relative to the national emergency with the Western Balkans and the former Liberian regime of Charles Taylor, and on the continuation of the national emergency that was declared in Executive Order 13396 in relation to Cote d'Ivoire.
