Korea Corrosion-Resistant Steel Flat Products: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Korea (C-580-818) for the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.

Final Results of Review
As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following net subsidy percentage exists for the period of review:

CV Cash Deposit Instructions
The ITA will instruct CBP not to collect cash deposits of estimated CV duties on shipments of the subject merchandise by HYSCO with a time of entry on or after January 20, 2011.
The cash deposit rates for all companies not covered by this review are not changed by the results of this review, and remain in effect until further notice.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after January 20, 2011 to liquidate shipments of subject merchandise by HYSCO with at time of entry during the review period without regard to CV duties.
For all non-reviewed companies, the ITA has instructed CBP to assess CV duties at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry, for entries during the review period.
