- NAFTA withdrawal. A bill to provide for the withdrawal of the U.S. from the North American Free Trade Agreement (H.R. 29)
- Border agents. A bill to provide for emergency deployments of U.S. Border Patrol agents and to increase the number of DEA and ATF agents along the international border of the U.S. to increase resources to identify and eliminate illicit sources of firearms into Mexico for use by violent drug trafficking organizations and for other lawful activities, and for other purposes (H.R. 77)
- Border control. A bill to utilize the National Guard to provide support for the border control activities of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes (H.R. 152)
- Federal spending cuts. A bill to make 10% across-the-board rescissions in non-defense, non-homeland-security, and non-veterans-affairs discretionary spending for each of the fiscal years 2011 and 2012 (H.R. 93). - Federal budget. A bill to provide a biennial budget for the United States Government (H.R. 114)
- Harbor maintenance. A bill to ensure that amounts credited to the Harbor Maintenance Trust Fund are used for harbor maintenance (H.R. 104)
- Surface transportation and railroads. A bill to require Surface Transportation Board consideration of the impacts of certain railroad transactions on local communities, and for other purposes (H.R. 30)
- Firearms commerce. A bill to amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions (H.R. 58)
- Smokeless tobacco. A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the taxation of smokeless tobacco products sold as discrete single-use units (H.R. 65)
- Prescription drug imports. A bill to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the importation of prescription drugs and the sale of such drugs through Internet sites (H.R. 147)
- Dodd-Frank bill repeal. A bill to repeal the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (H.R. 87) (The Dodd-Frank act establishes procedures for whistleblowers to report possible Foreign Corrupt Practice Act violations, among other things. - Lighting Energy efficiency repeal. A bill to repeal certain amendments to the Energy Policy and Conservation Act with respect to lighting energy efficiency (H.R. 91)
- Greenhouse Gases. A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to provide that greenhouse gases are not subject to the Act, and for other purposes (H.R. 97)
- Cap and trade. A bill to prohibit funding for the Environmental Protection Agency to be used to implement or enforce a cap-and-trade program for greenhouse gases (H.R. 153)
- Cybersecurity. A bill to enhance homeland security, including domestic preparedness and collective response to terrorism, by amending the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to establish the Cybersecurity Compliance Division and provide authorities to the Department of Homeland Security to enhance the security and resiliency of the Nation's cyber and physical infrastructure against terrorism and other cyber attacks, and for other purposes (H.R. 174)
