  • Lapse of Export Administration Act. The Department of Commerce transmitted a Periodic Report on the National Emergency Caused by the Lapse of the Export Administration Act of 1979 for February 26, 2010-August 25, 2010. (10967, 12/16/10)
  • Arms Export Control Act. Communication from the Department of State transmitting a report relative to the Arms Export Control Act (OSS Control No. 2010-1961). (EC-8496, 12/15/10)
  • Russia, etc. Trade Act compliance.
