- Temporary export licenses to China. The President of the U.S. transmitted a report stating that it is in the nation's interest to temporarily terminate the suspensions under the Foreign Relations Authorization Act relative to the issuance of temporary munitions export licenses for export to China. - Capture of sea turtles. The U.S. Department of State transmitted a report relative to certifications granted in relation to the incidental capture of sea turtles in commercial shrimping operations. (EC-8170, 11/29/2010)
