ITA Reminder on Proposed Commerce AD/CV Proposals
The International Trade Administration has posted a reminder notice to industry regarding the Commerce Department's proposed Trade Law Enforcement Package, which was announced in August 2010 in support of the President’s National Export Initiative (NEI). Commerce announced 14 proposed changes to antidumping and countervailing duty practices focused on non-market economies (including China).

Commerce will soon begin to seek input on and introduce these proposed changes, in many cases through a public notice and comment procedure in the Federal Register, and will give stakeholders a full opportunity to comment on the proposed changes in practice.
