- Counterfeit military goods. A bill to prohibit trafficking in counterfeit military goods or services (S. 3941)
- Relic firearm imports. A bill to amend the Arms Export Control Act to provide that certain firearms listed as curios or relics may be imported into the U.S. by a licensed importer without obtaining authorization from the Department of State or the Department of Defense, and for other purposes (S. 3942)
- Law enforcement officer. A bill to amend the definition of a law enforcement officer under subchapter III of chapter 83 and chapter 84 of title 5, United States Code, respectively, to ensure the inclusion of certain positions (S. 3944)
- Patent and trademark laws. Concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress regarding the successful and substantial contributions of the amendments to the patent and trademark laws that were initially enacted in 1980 by Public Law 96-517 (H. Con. Res. 328)
- Stimulus fund rescinding. A bill to immediately rescind all unobligated discretionary stimulus funds, and for other purposes (H.R. 6403)
