OFAC Releases Recent Civil Penalties and Enforcement Info
The Office of Foreign Assets Control has released new civil penalties and enforcement information as follows:

- Garlock Sealing Tech, LLC, a subsidiary of Enpro Industries, paid $16,875 to settle allegations of violations of Executive Order 13405, “Blocking Property of Certain Persons Undermining Democratic Processes or Institutions in Belarus”;
- Christ for All Nations received a Finding of Violation Letter regarding Sudanese Sanctions Regulations violations (no monetary penaltyimposed);
- Yokozuna Pearls & Gems, Inc. wa assessed a penalty of $220,465 for violating the Burmese Sanctions Regulations;
- Hydra-Tech Pumps, Inc. was assessed a penalty of $1,961 for violating the Sudanese Sanctions Regulations; and
- Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation paid $229,380 to settle Sudanese Sanctions Regulations allegations.
