Supporters Hope to Bring Manager's Amendment to Floor in September, Could be Revised

According to Congressional sources, Senate leaders hope to bring the S. 510 manager's amendment to the Senate floor in September. Therefore, the manager's amendment posted to the Committee Web site is not necessarily what will be brought to the Senate floor.
