According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection official, the Senate Finance Committee will hold a confirmation hearing for CBP Commissioner Bersin on May 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
(On March 27, 2010, the President announced his recess appointment of CBP Commissioner Bersin and several others. On April 21, 2010, the President sent nominations for his recess appointments, including Bersin, to the Senate.)
