Semi-Annual Agendas Include Regulations Under Development
These semi-annual regulatory agendas briefly summarize each agency’s regulations that are under development or review, and include an estimated timetable.
Trade-related semi-annual regulatory agendas include those of the following agencies (partial list):
- Department of Homeland Security (DHS), (including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Coast Guard);
- Department of the Treasury (including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS));
- Department of Commerce (including the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and International Trade Administration (ITA));
- Department of Transportation (DOT) (including Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)), and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA);
- U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) (including Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS));
- Department of Energy (DOE); and
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
