CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings
CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that the Ports of JFK and New York/Newark experienced inclement weather on Friday, February 26, 2010. Therefore, a snow day has been granted to all filers in these ports for that day. The Ports of JFK and New York/Newark are extending to all filers one additional day without penalty for late-filed entry summaries or payment of duties that were due on February 26th.
