1. Second Versions of ACE Portal Reports Dictionaries Complete
(Note that while CBP's CSMS messages refer to a single dictionary, CBP previously posted separate dictionaries for importers, brokers, carriers, and participating government agencies. In addition, one of CBP's CSMS messages contains an attachment with the carrier dictionary.)
The ACE Portal Reports Dictionaries are reference guides of the most frequently accessed Account Profile, Account Management and Transactions reports designed to enhance the understanding of reports for ACE users, to assist in identifying the report that best fulfills a particular business need, and to encourage the overall use of the reporting tool. 2. COAC Agriculture Subcommittee Meeting Notes
CBP has posted the notes from the July 29, 2009 COAC Agriculture Subcommittee meeting. Meeting topics included updates on the Lacey Act, the Asian Gypsy Moth, and stakeholder outreach. 3. Weekly TRQ/TPL Commodity Report as of August 3rd
CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota (TRQ) and tariff preference level (TPL) commodity report as of August 3, 2009. This report includes TRQs on various products such as beef, sugar, dairy products, peanuts, cotton, cocoa products, tobacco, certain BFTA, DR-CAFTA, Israel FTA, JFTA, MFTA, OFTA, SFTA, UAFTA (AFTA) and UCFTA (Chile FTA) non-textile TRQs, etc. Each report also includes the AGOA, ATPDEA, BFTA, DR-CAFTA, CBTPA, Haitian HOPE, MFTA, NAFTA, OFTA, SFTA, and UCFTA TPLs and TRQs for qualifying apparel and/or other textile articles, the TRQs on worsted wool fabrics, etc. (Weekly commodity report, dated 08/03/09, available at http://www.cbp.gov/linkhandler/cgov/trade/trade_programs/textiles_and_quotas/commodity/cr_08032009.ctt/cr_08032009.pdf)
4. Updated TRQ/TPL "Threshold to Fill" List
CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching the restraint limit or have filled the in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections - those that are at least 85% filled and those that are closed. 5. Updated CF 1400, CF 1401 Posted
CBP has posted an updated version of its CF 1400 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Entrances) - an electronic query report for CF 1400 of the Vessel Management System (VMS), in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by entrances. CBP has also posted an updated CF 1401 (Record of Vessel in Foreign Trade Clearances) - an electronic query report for CF 1401 of the VMS, in accordance with 19 CFR 4.95, organized by clearances. 6. Updated Public ACS FIRMS Report
CBP has posted an updated version of its Public Automated Commercial System FIRMS (Facilities Information and Resources Management Systems) report that is organized by port code and alphabetically by company name. 7. CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages CBP issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
