1The ITA revoked this CV duty order effective August 11, 2008. As a result, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is no longer suspending liquidation for entries of subject merchandise occurring after the revocation. Therefore, there will be no new cash deposit instructions in the final results of this administrative review. Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of July 29, 2009 for the AD duty administrative review for China, and within 120 days of August 4, 2009 for the CV duty administrative review for Korea.
