3The ITA states that due to the proprietary treatment of the affiliated supplier's name, it is referring to Kangtai's supplier as Company A.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these administrative reviews. The final results of the administrative review are currently due within 120 days of July 24, 2009, and the final results of the new shipper review are currently due within 90 days of July 27, 2009.
