AD: Vietnam Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam for the period of February 1, 2007 through January 31, 2008.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 05/26/09:

(a) The ITA has determined an AD duty rate of zero for subject merchandise produced and exported by BIM Seafood, therefore, no cash deposit is required;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by BIM Seafood, but not manufactured by BIM Seafood, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the Vietnam-wide entity rate of 25.76%; and
(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by BIM Seafood, but exported by any party other than BIM Seafood, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/07 - 01/31/08)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after May 26, 2009.
The ITA will calculate importer- (or customer-) specific ad valorem duty assessment rates for subject merchandise, and will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review if any importer-specific assessment rate calculated in the final results of this review is above de minimis.
