Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of May 6, 2009 for Turkey, and within 120 days of May 26, 2009 for the Netherlands.
