BIS Expands Online Training Program for Exporters to Include Antiboycott Compliance Training

The Bureau of Industry and Security has issued a press release announcing that it has added an antiboycott compliance training module to its BIS Online Training Room, its online training program for exporters.

The goal of this module is to help exporters better understand the antiboycott provisions of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Online Training Room Especially Useful for Small and Medium-Sized Exporters

The online training room, which was unveiled in March 2008 to help exporters and reexporters (especially small and medium-sized enterprises) understand and comply with U.S. regulations, is part of BIS' ongoing effort to improve outreach.

BIS will continue to create and supplement the materials regularly.
