BIS Expands Online Training Program for Exporters

The Bureau of Industry and Security's Under Secretary of Commerce Mancuso has announced the second phase of an online training program for exporters. The additional training modules complete BIS' series on the basics of export control available at its online training room.

Online Training Room Unveiled in March to Help Exporters, Improve Outreach

The online training room, which was unveiled in March 2008 to help exporters and reexporters (especially small and medium-sized enterprises) understand and comply with U.S. regulations, is part of BIS' ongoing effort to improve outreach.

BIS will continue to create and supplement the materials regularly.
