CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued ACE Portal Accounts and Truck Manifest CSMS messages announcing that as of 8:33 a.m. on May 18, 2008 ACE Portal users were unable to login in. 2. CAMIR Amendment 13 Posted

CBP has posted Amendment 13, dated May 2008, to the Customs Automated Manifest Interface Requirements (CAMIR)-Intermodal document.

According to CBP, Amendment 13 restores the following chapters to the version prior to Amendment 111 (dated April 2008):

Appendices A, D, G, H, I, K

3. CBP Publishes Peanut TRQ Fill Date, Updates Workbook

CBP posted an updated Excel workbook containing history information and the April 3, 2007 fill date for the April 1, 2007 - March 31, 2008 tariff rate quota on certain peanuts for "other countries or areas." CBP posted an updated Excel workbook containing history information and the May 5, 2008 fill date for the fiscal year 2008 TRQ on certain sugar blends for "other countries" except Canada and Mexico. 6. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions

The antidumping and countervailing messages U.S. Customs Border and Protection issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
