CBP CSMS Messages and Web Postings
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued an ABI CSMS message stating that the current address listed on "HTS Tape Order Form" in Appendix J of the CATAIR is no longer valid. CBP is in the process of updating this form in the CATAIR, however, effective immediately, use the address below:

2. Updated "ACE on the Road" Event Schedule
CBP has posted an updated version of its "ACE on the Road" event schedule, which includes the following ACE Seminars:
May 20, 2008 in Laredo, TX - those interested in attending this seminar were required to register by May 15, 2008. Cost is $75 for members/$100 for non-members. A seminar flyerand registration form were also posted.
May 21, 2008 in San Francisco, CA - a seminar flyerand registration form were also posted. Cost is $45 for members/$60 for non-members.

3. Miscellaneous CBP Messages on AD and CV Duty Actions
The antidumping and countervailing messages U.S. Customs Border and Protection issues on behalf of the International Trade Administration are now only available on CBP's Web site at http://addcvd.cbp.gov. AD and CV ABI administrative messages are no longer issued.
