Semi-Annual Agendas Include Regulations under Development

These semi-annual regulatory agendas briefly summarize each agency's regulations that are under development or review, and include an estimated timetable.

Trade-related semi-annual regulatory agendas include those of the following agencies (partial list):

Department of Homeland Security (DHS), (including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE));

Department of the Treasury (including CBP and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau);

Department of Commerce (including the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), International Trade Administration (ITA), and Bureau of the Census);

Federal Maritime Commission (FMC);

Department of Transportation (DOT) (including Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA));

Department of Agriculture (USDA) (including Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS));

Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC); and

Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
