Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of April 4, 2008 for China, unless extended, and within 120 days of April 7, 2008 for Brazil.
