1The ITA revoked the order effective March 7, 2007; however, the ITA stated in its revocation notice that it would complete any pending administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to the effective date in response to appropriately filed requests for review. Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews. The final results are currently due within 120 days of March 31, 2008 for France, and within 120 days of April 4, 2008 for China.
