The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil for the period of February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007.

1The ITA notes that the separate rate respondents' rate is normally based on the weighted average of the margins calculated for those companies selected for individual review, excluding de minimis margins or margins based entirely on adverse facts available (AFA). However, in this review, the only calculated margin is the rate applicable to AMASA, which is also the rate used for AFA purposes.
