AD: China Floor Standing, Metal-Top Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof

The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China for the period of August 1, 2005 through July 31, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 03/18/08:

(a) The ITA has calculated a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.34% for Since Hardware, therefore, no cash deposit will be collected; however, it remains subject to the order;

(b) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, including those companies for which this review has been rescinded, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 157.68%; and

(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (08/01/05 - 07/31/06)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after March 18, 2008.

The ITA has calculated importer-specific assessment rates, where possible, for subject merchandise. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review.
