CBP Issues New ICP on Eyewear Frames and Eyewear

Eyewear Frames and Eyewear are Classified in HTS Headings 9003, 9004

According to CBP, HTS heading 9003 provides for frames and mountings for spectacles, goggles or the like, and parts thereof; and HTS heading 9004 provides for spectacles, goggles and the like, corrective, protective or other.

(CBP explains that HTS heading 9003 frames and mountings for spectacles, goggles and similar goods, along with the optical elements, including lenses and filter elements of HTS heading 9001, form the goods of HTS heading 9004.)
