AD: China Helical Spring Lock Washers

The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of helical spring lock washers from China for the period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 01/24/08:

(a) The ITA has calculated a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00% for HSW, therefore, no cash deposit will be collected; however, it remains subject to the order;

(b) For previously reviewed or investigated China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide rate of 128.63%; and

(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise that have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (10/01/05 - 09/30/06)

The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after January 24, 2008.

The ITA has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rate listed above.
