CBP is Experiencing Problems with ABI Application Identifiers KI & TI
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued an ABI administrative message advising ABI filers that there are problems with the ABI application identifiers TI (CBP Form 5106 add/update) and KI (bond query).

(KI and TI were rerouted to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) for processing with the deployment of Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) A1.)
ACE Help Desk has an Open Ticket, Problem being Addressed at Highest Priority Level
CBP states that the ACE Help Desk has an open ticket for this problem and the problem is currently being addressed at the highest priority level.
CBP adds that as soon as more information is available, ABI filers will be notified.
