Certain Pocketing Fabric, FTA Rules of Origin Changes Could be in Jan 1st HTS
According to ITC sources, there are three proclamations at the White House that the ITC may be able to incorporate into the January 1, 2008 HTS if they are signed soon.
Two of the proclamations would update existing free trade agreement rules of origin and the third would implement the U.S.-Dominican Republic-Central America FTA (DR-CAFTA) modifications for pocketing bag fabric.
