AD: China Certain Preserved Mushrooms
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper review of certain preserved mushrooms from China for the period of February 1, 2006 through September 12, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 12/06/07:
(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00% for Jisheng, therefore, no cash deposit will be required; however, it is still subject to the order;
(b) For subject merchandise exported by Jisheng but not manufactured by itself, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the China-wide entity rate (i.e., 198.63%); and
(c) For subject merchandise manufactured by Jisheng but exported by any other party, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (02/01/06 - 09/12/06)
The ITA intends to issue assessment instructions for Jisheng to CBP 15 days after December 6, 2007. The ITA will calculate importer-specific (or customer) ad valorem duty assessment rates.
