AD: China Wooden Bedroom Furniture
The International Trade Administration has issued amended final resultsof its antidumping duty administrative and new shipper reviews of wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period of June 24, 2004 through December 31, 2005.

The ITA is amending the final results to correct ministerial errors made in the calculation of the AD duty margin for Fujian Lianfu Forestry Co./Fujian Wonder Pacific Inc./Fuzhou Huan Mei Furniture Co., Ltd./Jiangsu Dare Furniture Co., Ltd. (collectively, Dare Group), Shanghai Aosen Furniture Co., Ltd., and Kunwa Enterprise Company (Kunwa).
The rate change for Dare Group and Shanghai Aosen also changes the cash deposit rates for the companies subject to the administrative review that receive a separate rate (the Separate Rate Respondents).
Further, the ITA determined that a certain ministerial error existed with respect to its determination not to grant Kunwa a separate rate and, for these amended final results, the ITA has determined that Kunwa has demonstrated its eligibility for a separate rate. (The rate for the China-wide entity remains unchanged.)

(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis amended AD duty rate for Shanghai Aosen of 0.40% (from 0.53%), therefore, no AD duty cash deposit will be required; however, it is still subject to the order;
(b) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 216.01%; and
(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/24/04 - 12/31/05)
The ITA intends to issue appropriate assessment instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after November 7, 2007.
For customers/importers of respondents that did not report entered value, the ITA calculated customer/importer-specific AD duty assessment amounts. For customers/importers of respondents that reported entered value, the ITA calculated customer-specific AD duty assessment amounts.
For the companies receiving a separate rate that were not selected for individual review (i.e., the Separate Rate Respondents), the ITA will calculate an assessment rate based on the weighted average of the cash deposit rates calculated for companies selected for individual review, excluding any that are zero, de minimis or based entirely on AFA (adverse facts available).
