1The ITA notes CATACO is not eligible for a separate rate and is part of the Vietnam-wide. However, CATACO preliminary receives an adverse facts available (AFA) rate of 80.88%, which is the Vietnam-wide entity rate plus an amount to account for reimbursement.
2A Cambodian producer and reseller that is included due to the ITA's recent determination of circumvention of the AD order.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of September 12, 2007 for India, and within 120 days of September 19, 2007 for Vietnam.
