AD: China Certain Tissue Paper Products

The International Trade Administration has issued its final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain tissue paper products from China for the period of September 21, 2004 through February 28, 2006.

AD Cash Deposit Instructions for a Time of Entry on or after 10/16/07:

(a) The ITA has determined a de minimis AD duty cash deposit rate for Max Fortune (0.07%), therefore, no cash deposit will be required; however, it remains subject to the order;

(b) For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the AD duty cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;

(c) For all China exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, including those companies for which this review has been rescinded, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the China-wide entity rate of 112.64%; and

(d) For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the AD duty cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.

Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (09/21/04 - 02/28/06)

The ITA states that it intends to issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection 15 days after October 16, 2007.

The ITA has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for subject merchandise, which trade sources note may differ significantly from the cash deposit rates listed above.
