2Since the initiation of this AD duty administrative review covering the period July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006, the ITA has revoked this order effective May 4, 2006; therefore, the revised review period is now July 1, 2005 through May 3, 2006. (See ITT's Online Archives or 03/06/07 news, 07030630, for BP summary of the revocation of this AD duty order.)

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of July 31, 2007 for the AD duty new shipper review for India, and within 120 days of August 2, 2007 for the AD duty administrative review for Thailand.
