CBP Updates Its ACE Web-Based Training to Include a Course on ESAR A1

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated its Web-based training (WBT) for the Automated Commercial Environment to include a course, entitled "Enhanced ACE Accounts and Master Data (A1)," on the new functionality that will be provided in the ACE Entry Summary, Accounts, and Revenue (ESAR) A1 release.

(ESAR A1 is scheduled to be deployed on August 25, 2007; trade testing of the ABI application identifiers KI (bond query) and TI (CBP Form 5106 add/update) that are to be routed to the ACE System for processing when A1 is deployed was available beginning July 25, 2007.)

ACE Reports for the Trade Community

CBP notes that Adobe Flash Player 7 or higher is required to view the training courses and the courses are optimized for the same screen resolution as the ACE portal (1024 x 768 or larger).
