1This order was revoked effective July 16, 2006; however, the ITA stated in its notice of revocation that it would complete any pending administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to July 16, 2006. 2The ITA has preliminarily determined that Aragonesas is the successor-in-interest to Aragonesas Delsa S.A. (Delsa).
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of July 11, 2007 for Brazil and within 120 days of July 9, 2007 for Spain.
