Listing of ITC Notices and "Minor" ITA Notices
The International Trade Administration frequently issues notices on antidumping and countervailing duty orders which Broker Power considers to be "minor" in importance as they concern actions that occur after an order is issued and neither announce nor cause any changes to an order's duty rates, scope, affected firms, or effective period.

In addition, the International Trade Commission issues a number of AD, CV, patent, and other notices, most of which do not warrant a full summary.
Rather than summarizing such notices in a lengthier fashion, Broker Power is listing them for reference purposes, as follows (note the "Action Legend" at the end of the listing):
| ITA "Timken" notice that the Court of International Trade's May 30, 2007 decision constitutes a final decision that is not in harmony with the ITA's final and amended final results determinations of the AD investigation. Accordingly, the ITA will continue the suspension of liquidation of the subject merchandise pending the expiration of the period of appeal, or, if appealed, upon a final and conclusive court decision. |
