CBP Posts April 2007 Customs Broker Exam and Answer Key (20.8% Pass Rate)

(The exams and answer keys for the October and April exams for the years 1997 through 2006 are alsoavailable on CBP's Web site. CBP notes that it posts these examinations and answer keys in their original condition at the time of scoring.)
Pass Rate was 20.8% (One Question had Two Possible Answers)
Sources have stated that the April 2007 Customs broker exam had a 20.8% pass rate. (The pass rate for the October 2006 exam was 25%.)
These sources indicate that 1,468 persons took the April 2007 exam, which is comparable to the October 2006 exam, when approximately 1,500 persons took the exam.
According to the answer key and sources, the April 2007 exam had no problem questions for which CBP granted credit for all answers. However, CBP is accepting two answers as correct for question 23.
Letters to Candidates Expected to be Mailed Out Next Week
CBP sources state that the letters to candidates notifying them of their April 2007 exam scores are expected to be mailed out the week of June 18, 2007.
