AD: China, Korea and Indonesia Coated Free Sheet Paper

The International Trade Administration has made preliminary affirmative determinations that coated free sheet (CFS) paper from China, South Korea (Korea), and Indonesia is being, or is likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

As a result, the ITA states that it will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all entries of the subject merchandise from China, Korea, and Indonesia (except for those from companies with de minimis rates) with a time of entry on or after June 4, 2007.

The ITA states that it is also instructing CBP to require a cash deposit or posting of a bond at the antidumping rates listed below (except for those companies with de minimis rates), for entries of subject merchandise from China, Korea, and Indonesia with a time of entry on or after June 4, 2007:

ITA Final Determinations Postponed, ITC to Make Final Injury Determinations Within 45 Days of ITA

The ITA states that it is postponing the final determinations until no later than 135 days after June 4, 2007 and extending the provisional measures from a four-month period to not more than six months. The International Trade Commission (ITC) will make its final injury determinations within 45 days after the ITA makes its final determinations.
