Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 90 days of April 30, 2007 for fresh garlic from China, and within 120 days of May 21, 2007 for silicon metal from China.
