Balance of Broker Statistics Expected to be Transmitted Evening of May 10, 2007
According to CBP, a program correction will be implemented during the evening of May 10, 2007, at which time the balance of the broker statistics will be transmitted to the appropriate ABI filers.
CBP states that it expects the program correction to prevent further reiterations of the broker statistics to previously notified filers.
